I want to change to Comcast but its not my house I rent from my son and he wont change too much trouble. Just a friendly reminder, this is a forum where users help other users. If you are having an issue with your Verizon service, you can use the Verizon Troubleshooter to fix and report issues with your Verizon Phone, Fios TV, or Internet Service, as well as to schedule a repair, here is the link:
You can find tools on the Verizon Residential Support page that may help you diagnose your issue:
Do you have phone service associated with your DSL service, or is your DSL service standalone?
If you have voice service, do you experience intermittent noise or issue on the line, such as static, humming, buzzing, or clicking?
What router/modem do you have?
