I filled out and faxed in the lifeline application for the state of New York, as well as my medicaid card and ID card.
How can I confirm that you have recieved my application and when can I expect the discount to be applied?

Contact the agency above and they can better assist you if calling 1-800-VERIZON does not yield results.
Hello. This was my first post here. My appologies. My customer service agent I spoke to when calling the Verizon FiOs support telephone number had no idea how to apply for the program and just pointed me to this page (https://www.verizon.com/support/residential/account/manage-account/lifeline-discount) which doesnt specify any turnaround timeframe (nor does it provide a phone number to speak to their lifeline department to confirm if my application has been recieved and is being processed).
