Unfortunately, due to many issues since I placed my order for DSL/HSI service with Verizon, I still have not received my modem. I have a Verizon modem that someone is kind enough to loan me until mine arrives and would like to know what I need to do in order to have this modem activated/ linked to my DSL account so I can access the services I'm being charged for. Can anyone help with that? I've been on hold with technical support for over 45 minutes (not an exaggeration) and would really appreciate a faster and less frustrating way of accomplishing this.
