Login script

Since they changed the home page.  My laptop has had trouble logging in.   IE 8 sign in just flashes and nothing happens.  It works on old puter with XP and IE8 also works with in home agent which I just downloaded on laptop also  with Google chrome it works.  So am thinking the home page login script  [ the aspx]  is broke,  Can't figure how to reset it or delete it and make new one?

Any help would be Great.

Also VZ help desk told me my IE8 is to old?  Laptop has Vista and old PC has XP which does work.

We had the same problem  Called service number and our case was escalated.  Got a great person Stuart from Utah who spent lots of time but got our computers (one with XP and one With Vista, both running IE8) working.  He told us they are having a problem and are working on it and that our problem might return. I would report your problem to Verizon and tell them what I told you.  They should all know by now about the problem.
