I would hazard a guess it’s supported if the manufacturers site states that it is ok up to 1 gigabyte. Could be a money issue.
MI424WR Rev. I works fine with 150Mbps. A buddy of mine has used one for years at that speed. You won't get said speeds wirelessly though.

If I recall Verizon Fios was retiring that router. They moved up to the Quantum Gateway G100.
If what I read at DSL reports Verizon is coming out with a better ONT/Router Combination. If and when it will be available is at this time total guess work.
But as I said the revision as asked will indeed cover the listed speeds. Verizon Fios since they are phased out may say not supported.
