MSN Butterfly

I just changed to MSN Premium since Verizon is eliminating it. Now the MSN butterlfy does not work. It flaps its wings a couple of times and then quits without connecting. Getting the runaround from both MSN and Verizon. Any solutions out there. I'd be most grateful.
