Many Web Sites Unavailable since 5/26 in Brooklyn

I have been unable to access about 50% of web sites since the email changes were implemented on 5/26. India tells me there are no problems. They transferred me to a higher level of help, who promptly disconnected me! Is there an internet issue in Brooklyn?
