McAfee firewall blocks connection to port 80 by dslrouter.westel.com

I set up my Verizon DSL service for the first time on 8/1/2009.  When I turn on the modem, I notice that my firewall (McAfee) blocks a connection to TCP port 80 by dslrouter.westel.com.  My Verizon modem is the Westel 6100.  I am using Windows Xp sp 2.

 

Should I tell the McAfee firewall to allow (“trust”) this IP address? 

 

Or does this represent a problem?
