Missing referral reward and no auto pay discount

I purchased Fios Gigabit in early December 2018.  I went through the link for my $50 referral bonus in late January and it stated it would be mailed out.  I never received the card in the mail.

My autopay discount $10 is also missing despite being signed up for auto pay.
