Do I need a dedicated coax cable for my router if I move my computer to where my FiOS cable connection is or can I use a T connector off the FiOS cable TV cable and if I use a connector would be service performance drop? I don't know if there needs to be a separate line for my router.
Yes you can use a T connector.
It would be a 5-1000mhz two way splitter.
