This is a problem I noticed other people in my area are having. I must reset my D-LINK 2750B modem at least 10-15 day in order to regain connection to the internet. What is the issue? Should I return this modem for a replacement? I have tried other suggestions posted in this forum. It is an annoyance and not worth the amount paid for the service. Thank you.
The D-Links don't have the best track record, but consider asking Verizon to check their equipment first. You'll want to get a line check done, and also a congestion check. More often than not, the drop is often due to poor line quality. Rarely does congestion cause drops, but I've seen it happen.
I am sure you've heard this before. I too called several times on the same issue. The tec says I'm to far from post. The line quality sucks. I'm with you . Why are we paying for this if the dang thing doesn't work most of the time. Please there must be something to be done to fix the issue.....
