Hi, so I am new to Verizon. Just ordered service and set up My Fios App. Got the email to click on link in order to verify my email address. It comes up as an error message. Had it resend to me but same thing. So, the app is not
set up until I do that step. Any suggestions?

Is the service on? Or is it scheduled to be turned on?
you must wait until service is up and running and stable. Then through a web page you login to http://www.verizon.com and then set up your account.
Now you are also required to login from your routers service which the tech who installed should have assisted you with. After account set up you then can use the app.
