How do I connect my PC for  transferring pictures to my TV?

Have password and ID but still cannot connect.

Rooster44 – To use the media manager, you will need to first download and install it on your pc.  Once you use it to set up a photo, video, or music playlist you can then access this from your DVR.  It is necessary to keep media manager running on your machine as you access these files from the TV.  Note – These files take advantage of the Verizon provided router in your house and the coax cables that run from it to your set top boxes.  On your DVR, press Menu and move down to “Media Manager”.  Select “Refresh Devices” and your DVR should be able to see your computer.  At this point you can go into your photo, video, or music manager to view any playlists that you have already set up on your PC.  We have more resources and FAQs on our site.  Check out the link below for some more information.  Thanks – Mike M
