I recently ordered high speed internet, but my apartment currently does not have a phone jack installed anywhere in my place. Unfortuantely, I had to go with the $130 fee for a Verizon worker to come and install one so I can start using internet.
My question is, when does this worker come? From what I recall, they didn't really give me any sort of date or information about when this person would be coming.
Does anyone know how to go about this? Should I call support? Has anyone had the same issue?
