NO INTERNET....VERY DISAPPOINTED

I have been a Verizon customer for YEARS.  I have always had good experiences and recommend them to everyone.  Recently, I moved to a new house and inquired about internet service.  I was told that it is not available at my address even though my next door neighbor 200 feet away has verizon internet.  This is very disappointing and aggrivating.  There is no reason for one house to have service and not be available to another so close.  I may change providers.

Is this a new build or a new address given from the post office? Verizon may be having database issues that need to be corrected. Sometimes ordering online will get you service.
