For the past weeks, I've been dealing with my service timing out. At some points my download and latency are fine and normal but my uploads are either timing out or just dreadfully slow to the point of being nonexistent. I have been dealing with tech support for 2-3 weeks now about my service. It was fixed around last Monday, then started all over again a few days later. Called back tech support on Friday and today I've been calling to follow up on the issue and the system keeps disconnecting the call. I have had Verizon DSL for years and usually had just the occassional outages that effects my net which gets solved within a day. Never had to deal with problems this long. VERY, VERY frustrated here.
