Need some information for setup 300Mbps Wireless N ADSL+ Modem Router

For a smoother setup my new 300Mbps Wireless N ADSL+ Modem Router I need: VPI/VCI, Connection Type, Encapsulation Type(Optional).

Where can I get this infirmation?

Your VPI/VCI should be 0/35. Encapsulation should be LLC if the connection doesn't work, and authentication in most Verizon areas is PPPoE. For PPPoE you will usually need the master account login information, but these days just about anything should work.
