I have this unit hooked up properly. All the led's light up...power, dsl, wireless, etc. However, when it searched to connect to the Ip address, the "internet" led is red and i cant connect.
Im pulling my hair out.
Firewalls off.
Anitvirus off.
Can anyone help?

Perhaps you meant the Netgear DNG1000 N150

a) Trying to replace your existing DSL modem that works with Verizon?
b) OR are you trying to get online for the first time?
#3 If you are trying to replace your existing DSL modem what works with Verizon, what is the brand and model of the other DSL modem?
#4 Did you press the reset button/switch for at least 6 seconds on the back on the Netgear?
#5 In the Netgear, did you:
a) Try to go to 192.168.0.1 with your web browser?
b) Type in the user name admin and the password password when prompted?
c) Click on Setup Wizard?
d) Selected for Country USA, and English?
#6 What did you select for Do You Want The Smart Wizard To Try and Detect The Connection Type Now? The only possible answers are Yes or No.
