Never received $250 gift card for new service

I signed up for FiOS service in early 2017 and never received the promised $250 gift card. What's up with that? Not a fan of the false advertising!!

Don’t know what state you reside in, but from a decision that was made a few years ago you can contact your states attorney generals office (google the phone and web address) and file a complaint for recovery of that gift card. NY Attorney General is rabid in this area. I am sure your Attorney General will prevail as well.

Consumer Frauds and Protection Bureau.
