New Construction Home Process

Hello I am writing because I'd like to know if anyone has recently had to deal with buying a new contruction home in a new development and getting nowhere when calling verizion in the attempt to have fios internet installed. 

As of now my home comes up as fios is not available for my address is not in the database, however there are homes less than 50 yards from mine that have fios running to them. Does anyone know the best process to getting this done?

Call 1-800-VERIZON and see what they say.

fios is not being built out at present, or connected as they determine.

sometimes Fios is available next door but not in the next house. It is their company and they will do as they wish.

but I hope you eventually get it. It really is a great service. I have internet only.

I have heard that start by just trying to order phone service.

Once they get that going in their database, that can break loose the issue and allow FIOS to be ordered.
