New G1100 wan light off but lan light on

Hey guys I have a question I just got a new g1100 from Verizon installed today but the wan light is off is that normal I have fios gigabit connection all help would be appreciated

Do you have internet? If you do it could be a faulty bulb.
if you don't then the ethernet is not plugged into the WAN port. Or the router is faulty.
call 1-800-VERIZON to have them handle it.

How is router connected to ONT?
Do you have ethernet from ONT to WAN port of router?
If not, try that first.

I have a enternet cable from the wan port from my g1100 to my ont on my ont vid Batt fail lights are all off
