I just installed this router and now I have no MoCA connection. I upgraded speed to the 200/200, but the router should transfer the signal to MoCA. Do I need to enable something? I use Tivo set top boxes.

MoCa should still work for the LAN side as long as the coax connections are physically in place. It is automatic, unless you've been into the router's interface and have disabled Coax networking all together. Sometimes you need to reboot the MoCa devices on the other end, or make sure they are set to the same channel as your router (if you don't have an "Automatic" option) for the link to work.
The only thing the upgrade to 200Mbps/200Mbps should have done is mandated an Ethernet connection between your ONT and router. Coax can't reliably do above 100Mbps out of the ONT. This only impacts MoCa WAN, which operates on a different frequency from MoCa LAN.
