I am able to connect to the router with my wireless devices but there is no internet connection from the router via the wireless. Ethernet works fine. Router is 2 weeks old. Reset router on line, multiple reboots of the router and devices and still no luck.

The above link should show you how to turn your WiFi on and off. Please note the interface looks different now because of an update, but it should still show you were it’s located.
it could also be a faulty router. Call 1-800-VERIZON and get a new one.
