New modem and mailing back old one? shipping?

iam getting a new modem from verizon cause they said my dlink was creating internet problems/they said i gotta mail back the old modem within certain amount of days.

Do i have to pay for shipping?

Verizon usually gives you a pre-paid shipping label with the new modem you receive from them.
