Verizon tech determined that my old modem (5yrs old) is no longer working and was sending a replacement. Anyone know how long this will take?
I thought the tech said it would be here by Monday (yesterday)

What exactly is going on with the connection if you don't mind me asking? If the new modem doesn't solve the issue I'd like to at least get started on some troubleshooting to keep downtime to a minimal.
