Trying to set up the new router Actiontec MI424WR and the computer is asking for the URL.  What is it?

192.168.1.1

That is the router's IP,  not a URL, but it is what you use to access the router.  Just enter it in your browser the same as you would a URL.

Just  to clarify are you setting up FIOS or DSL, that router is used for FIOS only AFA I  know.
