Newly setup HSI Enhanced, unbelievably slow and keeps getting disconnected!!

Hi, i am new to Verizon and the forum here so i'm not sure how many times this issue has been discussed before (seems like quite a lot!!). My experience with Verizon has been Tragic. It took them over 1 week to just get internet at my place. Once i did get internet, i find out that my so called "Enhanced" experience is actually a paltry 0.3 mbps!!...I can't imagine i paid extra for such pathetic speed. And worse, it keep getting disconnected. This is how my FIRST service with Verizon has started.

The Customer Service/Technical Support has been extremely disappointing as ive had over 5 conversations and none helpful at all. They all tell me some crap that its an issue with the Central Office. What they dont tell me how do we fix it!!!!.

I will never get any service from Verizon and will advise folks to do the same. 

Can't imagine that in 21st century, they cant even give me a decent internet service!

Can someone please show me how i can get this escalated to a management level??
