No Discounts, Verizon Wants to Charge Me for Repair

Verizon/Fios  don't give any kind of discount!. Verizon/Fios company don't care if your are disable, Senior, living alone, low income, in a subsidiary rental!,nothing I have been with Verizon/Fios home wi Fi account with Autopay for almost 4 years already today I have a problem with my connection and they ask me that in order to fix it they will have to charge me, that is outrages when is their fault a internet cable gave been given problems in the last 24 hrs and they Verizon has not fixed. Why I have to pay for repair or re connect me? It blows my mind!
