No internet connectivity in Largo, FL

Apparently this occurred on Saturday morning.  I'd have FIOS by now but Verizon seems to have given up on providing the rest of Pinellas County with this service.  I spent over an hour this weekend on the telephone or internet with outsourced tech support people.  After over half an hour yesterday, the story is back to 24 - 48 hours to be repaired.  NOT ACCEPTABLE in the internet day and age.

I thank you for your offer of help but outsourced "Omer" lied to me in live chat saying there was a work order and that a tech would be at my home on the 16th at 7PM.  So I am now a former Verizon customer and now Brighthouse is getting my business.
