We have had no internet for 2 weeks and cannot get an agent sent to our house to trouble shoot. We have spent over 10 hours on the phone with verizon tech support, installed a new modem that was sent and STILL NO INTERNET. Unfortunately Verizon is the only internet provider in our area so we are stuck with them.
Any suggestions on how to get them to send a technician to fix our problem?

What router are you using? What method was used to connect the router (ethernet or coax)? What lights are lit on the router and what color are they?
