I just received my equipment for Verizon dsl and all of my phone jacks say "no line". What should I do to get this fixed? My new apartment only offers dsl and not fios which is what I had before. Thanks in advance!

Call Verizon dsl from a cell phone or work phone or friends phone and tell them to activate the phone line. They may need to send a lineman out to physically connect you.

Called the tech. support number and told their repair service is only available Monday-Friday during business hours.  I called from my personal cell phone.  This means my elderly parents, 1 with a history of heart by-pass and the other has a pacemaker, and if something happens, they can not get emergency help when I'm at work starting in the early morning hours.

I suggest contacting your state's attorney general office to begin a major investigation on the corporate policies.
