I have problem with Verizon Router G3100 everything I connect a new device it change the IP from 192.168.1. to IP is 192.168.10 no network connection. I have to go to the router and change the ip manual every time. I never have this problem before I only have 29 device online. Same problem with my WIFI.

Besides the G3100, do you have any other routers connected to the G3100? It almost sounds like something might be running as a secondary router and answering to your DHCP requests.
Although if your goal is to change the IP Address of the G3100 to 192.168.10.x then something else could be going on.
Is your DHCP server configured correctly on the G3100?
Are you sure that you are connecting to your NAT router and not someone else's?
Are you connecting to the guest network?
What is the exact brand and model of this NAT router of yours?
