No up address after using own router
Aw39
Newbie

I’m having trouble with getting internet access after setting up new service through self install using my own router. I called Verizon and they helped me switch from coax to Ethernet. Computer sees wireless network but there’s no up afresh and it says I’m having connectivity issues. Let me know what you think. It is. I’ve added pictures.

You won’t get service using a frontier branded router.

try getting a fios router or an Asus or Netgear etc.

they use different firmware on frontier and verizon fios.
