Not getting DSL speed I am paying for!

I am supposed to have the enhanced DSL which the verizon site says my location is speeds of 3-7mbps.  I am getting less than 1!!!!!  I was in contact with the escalation team and I called back the number given and left a message, no call back.  I got an email telling me to fill out a form.  I did.  No response.  I tried again. STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!  I have been fighting for 5 MONTHS over getting my services bundled like I ordered them, fighting over billing, and now this! 

Also I don't think the bundling went through correctly.  When I sign into verizon it still only shows the internet account that was supposedly canceled to be bundled with my phone.  Does not show me the billing for the bundled account.  Will someone FIX THIS?!

Have you ever been able to find a time where your line was running at speeds 3Mbps or greater? It might be worthwhile to provide you rmodem Transceiver Statistics to see if the line is capable of even holding the speeds that package offers. If you don't know how to get this info, tell us which modem you currently have.
