ONT stops working

The ONT box will work for 5-6 hours and then it stops working. There will be a red fail light and then all the lights turn off. I have to unplug the power cable and replug it back in to reset the ONT every time. This is frustrating.

Given the description of the issue, it looks like you need Verizon's help.  Your should contact them directly using their support chat or their social media team.  To reach their social media team, tweet @VerizonSupport or find their FaceBook page and DM them.
