I'm new to Verizon Services and really like it. I'm thinking of upgrading my old computer and need to transfer a bunch of photos from my old to new computer. Does Verizon have a temporary online storage capability? I've been looking around but haven't been able to locate it, if it exists
thanks in advance for assistance
The Online Storage Verizon offers is meant more for backing up files, but I suppose it can be used to transfer files from one PC to another, slowly though. What I would do if I wished to copy files from one PC to another is to both have them connected to the network and set up a Windows share on the older PC. From there, visiting the Windows Share on the new PC I would simply browse for the files I'd want and copy them right over in a few minutes for free. Faster than using Flash Disks or uploading gigabytes of possible data to the Internet despite the small setup curve.
