Online Upgrade Message

Anyone else get the "Get Faster! Faster service is available in your area." message when looking at their DSL plan?  I've been getting it for awhile now, but when I follow the link - there's nothing available.  It's like a cruel, cruel joke.

Is this just automatically generated marketing gibberish, or is something on the horizon?

It could be either, honestly. I know I cannot get anything higher than 3Mbps in my area (even if I had that package) despite my line being capable of 5-7Mbps (on a remote), but more than likely it's a website glitch that is turning into what could seen as marketing.
