Outage in Brooklyn New York

Tried to speak to a level 3 tech but the New Dehli India customer support could not transfer me to Brooklyn.

I rely on my internet acesss for work.

So I went to the online ( using my phone) customer support and he was probably also in India. This time he just disconnected me.

Can someone reading this forum please get my access up and running before the 2 day repair guarantee?

I can't work. I'm losing money. My clients are screaming.
