Pantech stinks

I've had 4 of the last model Pantech and on the 2nd new one. I don't get to use service on the phone from 3 - 6 days depending when it breaks and when new one arrives from warranty. I pay almost $200 a month. The lady I spoke with when I called told me when my new phone came to call 611 and I could get credit for the 5 days I couldn't use any service because the phone wouldn't come on. I just called and they only would give me $6 and change credit.So I should only be paying a dollar each day for service per phone because that's all I'm getting credit for!!! This is getting so old bc no one will help you out. Its happened for the SIXTH PHONE!!! I have been a customer for 5 years but I don't guess that even matters!!! IF ANYONE KNOWS SOMEONE ELSE I CAN SPEAK WITH PLZ LET ME KNOW. THX
