Parental Contro schedules

I need to set up a Su-Wed 5:00 AM to midnight. And One for Th-Sat with no restrictions.

So I have added one sched for Su-Mon-Tue-Wed to allow access from 5am to 11:59 pm

For the other days to be unblocked, I added a second schedule for the same profile.  But the app does not have military time which is what you need to allow for a full 24 hr schedule.

The app should be able to give military time because 12AM -12PM is only 12 hrs.  It should allow for 12:00 to 24:00.  I can do 12 Am to 11:59 pm, but there is a 1 minute interruption.

I am sure the persons who is subject to Parental Controls won't bother to access the Internet in that one minute window.
