Needed to replace my router after a storm & a new one was provided. Yesterday after about a 40 minute wait, I talked to a rep who was helping me set up the new router. I was having difficulty reading the key/passphrase and somehow was disconnected. Finally after many tries I was able to enter the key/passphrase & now I have use of the internet. Now my problem is trying to use the wi-fi for my phone & other devices. It asks for a password & I dont know it. How do I go about find one?
From the sounds of things it should be the same key/passphrease you had issues with reading initially to connect up your other devices.
