Paying for Service I DO NOT HAVE!

Greetings I have not had internet service in my house since December 2017. I have turned to router on and off. I've unplugged it and plugged it back in. I even bought what I thought was a better router. That doesn't work either. I would like to have someone come to my house and connect the best router for service. Also, I would like to have the amount of funds I have paid since December 2017 deducted from my bill. I need internet service because I have a Ring doorbell, a Nest thermostat and my Direct TV box so that I can use "on demand" which all require internet service. Please let me know when someone can come to my house and fix my internet. Please note, that I had this done before and after a week the internet is down again. I hope that whoever you send is an expert to figure out why the internet in my home does not work after a week.
