It has been TWO months now that I have been paying for the higher bandwidth DSL. I am paying for 15mb but my speed tests have constantly been capping at 2.something. I've called FOUR times and everytime my slow speed is acknowledge but the bandwidth is never increased. THIS IS CRIMINAL. It's offensive, wrong, and the problem with these providers. If this isn't fixed this week I imagine I'll just switch over to the lesser of the two evils - Time Warner.
Anyone else experience this horrible\very questionably illegal service?

There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.
