Ping/Latency Issues.

About a month ago , i have been experiancing Ping issues in multiplayer games, such as League of legends, call of duty, CS GO, etc, my ping would just keep spiking and not staying stable.  my internet went out for 2 days and this started happening no idea if its cause of that. i had a tech visit twice but nothing. The ping issues get worse when someone streams NetFlix or watches a livestream on the web, this shouldnt be happening as i have around 15mbps of download, it should be a piece of cake to watch a stream and not experience lag issues, can any one please help me, this is  such a dreaful experience.

That is strange that this just started happening out of nowhere. Was there any change in your setup at the location at all? Do you have any devices such as repeaters, etc in between the router and your devices? Is the issue ongoing right now?
