Ping keep rising abnormally when playing video games

I was playing videos games(CS Go, League of Legend) my ping keep rising  fromm 31 to 300 ping. It frustrate e because I can play game if keep spiking like that. I try contacting supports to fix the problem but they were not helpful. All told me was play other video games. I tried other videos games and thr same thing happen.Then they left without fixing problem.

Can someone help me fix the problem.

Are you using WiFi or are you wired into the router? Does your router use Coax or Ethernet between the ONT and itself? Are you getting the speeds you pay for? And finally, is anyone else online in your home while you're gaming?
