Poor Customer Service & Intermittent Internet Service

Hi,

I would like to file a complaint but talking with the representatives on the phone has gotten me nowhere. Where can I go and who can I contact to file a more official complaint regarding the high speed internet service I ordered through Verizon? I'm looking for something beyond the normal "contact us" information. My customer service has been nothing but awful and the internet service itself was incredibly spotty. I habitually have gotten conflicting information from Verizon reps and do not just want to talk to one of them again. It is so disappointing to see this is the service I get from Verizon at home because I absolutely love my verizon wireless service.
