Received poor customer service support for a tech request call today, from a "Benjamin". He said the solution was to replace my router, over and over again. He didn't listen to what I was saying. I would indicate a problem and state the error message and he would say, "ok, so it is connected?". Then he wanted to argue with me about how long to hold the reset button. I held it long enough to reset the router, but he kept asking me if I held it for at least 30 seconds. I gave up, hung up, reset the router, and reconfigured it to resolve the issue. Not acceptable and very frustrating.
