I cancelled my High speed internet service and was told that I would receive a postage-paid return label to return the equipment I received. I have not received the equipment. It has been almost 2 weeks, and I understand it may take longer; HOWEVER, Verizon keeps getting my apartment address incorrect despite several times speaking with customer service over the phone to change it.
So my question/worry is that the postage-paid return label has already arrived but to the wrong address, just as my modem was originally sent to the wrong address (twice). I simply want to talk to an actual person who can do the job of getting my address correct so I can ensure I can mail back my equipment and not get billed for anything out of my control.
