As a welcome package IveI been promised a prepaid Visa card. However when I try to check the status of my Reward it's showing
"Your reward is currently on hold because of a past due balance. In order to receive your reward, your past due bill must be paid in full. Refer to your latest Verizon bill for your past due balance."
This is impossible since I have the autopay option enabled after several calls to the telephone support number and being constsncon being forwarded to another support technicians that were unable to help me I'm starting to think that this has been a huge scam from Verizon. Has anyone been able to resoore this situation?
