I’m renovating a home which I like to use this time to prepare for Fios. With that being said, the installer for this area stated the “hub” now needs to be installed inside the home — thats Verizon’s new policy (Nov 2017). He understood that we are going under renovation but offered no info (let’s just say the contractor rolled his eyes when he saw who the installer was — appears His rep in town is not good). Where do I find what are the new requirements including what central place to pull wires. I’m very concerned that if he returns I’m ripping up new construction given the new policy to accommodate the fiber line and his ideal location. I called Verizon and no luck.
